Review the full list of ITMO University’s departments, find one that suits your research area, and contact the head of this department about the possibility of collaboration.

Prepare a research proposal
Work out a collaborative research proposal or syllabus together with the chosen host department.

Receive a letter of support from your host department
This letter is your official invitation to participate in the Fellowship program.

Upload all necessary documents
Fill out the online application form and upload the required documents.

Wait for the results
You will receive an official notification of the program committee's decision via the email address provided in your application. Applications are processed according to the deadlines, 6 times a year.
